Refund and Return Policy
14-Day Return Guarantee We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us that you wish to return it. Once your return is accepted, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact our support team at info@dreamer-kids.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs & Fees
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you decide to return the item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs to our warehouse in Ukraine.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
